Tom Vasti Jr. brings decades of experience as a trial lawyer, including a landmark personal injury case (Van Gaasbeck v. Webatuk Central Schools) that continues to be cited within those instructions that are given to juries in personal injury cases throughout New York State. He is a licensed real estate broker and retired real estate professor, with more than 5,000 closings in 40-plus years. Tom has a long history of leadership and volunteer work in community activities of Pleasant Valley and Dutchess County.
Tom Vasti III continues a long family tradition in the law. He joined the predecessor firm in 1992 and became managing partner in 1996. He has a growing reputation for his results on behalf of personal injury and medical malpractice victims, and for his advocacy in family court and in criminal defense, and has written and lectured on landlord/tenant law. Tom has been involved with youth football coaching for almost 20 years, and is extremely active in Town, County and State level politics and government.
